We offer mobile services or come to our skin care studio.
Reservations Policy
Reservations can be made by phone or online through our website by clicking on "book online". Any questions, concerns, or comments contact us at: (718) 210-4595 or email us at info@fabulousfacesskincare.com. It will be appreciated that you respectfully adhere to our policies. There is a $125 minimum for spa services and 20% destination fee applies to mobile services.
Payment Policy
Accepted methods of payments are cash, Visa/MC, AMEX, and debit cards. All Sales on Services and Gift Certificates are final.
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the services you received, it is customary to give a 15 to 20 percent gratuity to your spa professional.
Cancellation Policy
For home spa services, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments and changes to any packages. Any missed appointments or same day cancellation without prior notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service.
Same day bookings for mobile spa services are non-refundable. Any cancellations for same day bookings will be charged the full service amount.
For all spa parties, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of booking. For spa parties, a confirmed 72-hour cancellation notice in writing is required prior to the event date. If your date changes, the deposit will be applied to a future date within 6 months of the original booking date. Special promotions are not extended past the expiration date printed on the certificate.
Age Requirement
Children at least 16 years of age must have parental permission or be accompanied with for all treatments.
Important Note
Cell phones should be turned off during treatments so that you may receive a relaxing service without any disturbance. Our licensed therapists will refuse a treatment if there is any medical condition that was not mentioned at the time of reservation and any broken skin or lesions. If you are pregnant, please state prior to your treatment.
Client Consultation Form
All clients are required to fill out and complete the client consultation form for each session so that our licensed skin care professional can provide the best treatment for your skin care needs. All info taken will remain confidential on file with the offices of Fabulous Faces Skin Care. You may download your client consultation form and fill it out prior to your scheduled appointment.
